You will need:
Flour or corn tortillas (good quality)
Olive oil
Cumin
Salt
Pepper
Preheat oven to 350 F. Cut the stack of tortillas in half.
Then slice into whatever size or shape chip you would like (cookie cutter shapes for kids would be super fun). I chose a simple wedge.
Arrange on lightly oiled baking sheets
Brush tops of tortillas with olive oil. Add a sprinkle of cumin, salt, and pepper.
Bake at 350 F for 12 minutes (checking often) or until golden brown and crispy. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towel and done!
